You must be at least 18 years old to play SpiritMaster or to buy anything in it.

You play with your own wallet. Only you can sign for it, and keeping it safe is up to you.

In these rules, we and us mean the people who run SpiritMaster.

Packs are bought on Robinhood Chain, from your own wallet.

Every purchase is final. A pack cannot be refunded, and a purchase cannot be reversed, by us or by anyone.

• A pack's price is set in its contract when the contract is made. Nobody can change it after that, and everyone pays the same price.
• Each transaction also has a network cost. Your wallet shows it to you, and you pay it.
• Opening a pack or waking an Egg sends a small fee for its random draw. Whatever you send above that fee comes back to you in the same transaction. It is the only money the contract ever sends back.
• We can pause the buying of packs. A pause changes nothing you already hold.

Packs, Scouts, Eggs, Spirits and Oro are game items. They are recorded on a public chain and held in your own wallet.

The pack contract gives us no way to take a pack, a Scout, an Egg or a Spirit from your wallet, or to move one for you.

Bound Oro is only spent in the game. It cannot be sold or sent.

Nothing on this site or in the game is financial advice. We make no promise that any item or any Oro will keep a price, or find a buyer.

Wallets and transactions carry risks, and those risks are yours. A lost recovery phrase, a request signed without reading it, a wrong address or a fake site can cost you what you hold.

Nobody can undo a transaction on the chain, or open a wallet whose recovery phrase is lost. That includes us.

Signing in to the game is a signature, never a transaction, and it costs nothing.

Never share your recovery phrase, the secret words that unlock your wallet.

Everything on spiritmaster.io is offered as it is. It can have mistakes, and it can be down at times.

We may change the game and the site at any time, and we may pause the buying of packs.

Do not use bots or scripts to play the game or to buy for you.

Do not use a bug or a weakness to get what the game would not otherwise give you. If you find one, tell us on our Discord.

Do not pretend to be SpiritMaster, or anyone who works on it.

These rules may change. When they do, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
